ICCL is the only North American manufacturer of commutators approved by Transport Canada to the Canadian Aviation Regulation 561, a factor recognized by the FAA (Federal Aviation Authority) and EASA (European Aviation Safety Authority).

ICCL has a very extensive list of approved aircraft commutators (list below). We have the ability to obtain airworthy approvals for your commutators if required or to supply commutators where approval certificates are not required.

This can be done by reverse design engineering from samples or from customer supplied drawings.
